The LALA University

The LALA University offers an innovative, competitive and growth oriented educational program with high quality standards to develop the best national talent.

On May 12, 2008, we announced the launch of The LALA University which has so far signed 14 agreements with higher educational institutions, offering benefits for the company’s employees and their families across the country. To date more than one thousand employees have benefited from these alliances.

The LALA University Students Project (Proyección Universitarios LALA), attracts, retains and develops talent in the Comarca Lagunera region based on nominations from the affiliated educational institutions. In 2008, 200 students were submitted for review and 19 were selected for the program.

The LALA University is the institution that manages training, education, skill development, and talent of LALA employees.

Its efforts grow and promote training and development, in institutional programs like (LALA Leader (Líder LALA), (My Personal Development (Mi Desarrollo Personal), LALA Training Center (Centro de Entrenamiento LALA), LALA - Tetrapak, Operator Development and Family Values, among many others.

Sus esfuerzos recogen la tradición de capacitación y desarrollo, como son los programas institucionales:
Líder Lala, Mi Desarrollo Personal, Centro de Entrenamiento Lala- Tetrapak, Desarrollo de operadores y Valores de Familia, entre otros muchos.
